About Eemaan Foundation

Incorporated under the Foundation Act No. 8 of 2012 Dr. Hussein Bhaye Peerbaye, acting in his capacity as Founder, hereby establishes a foundation in accordance with the provisions of the Foundations Act No. 8 of 2012, under the name EEMAAN FOUNDATION, which shall exist as a legal entity governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
Purpose & Objectives:
The Foundation is established for the following charitable and public benefit purposes:
– The advancement of education;
– The advancement of religion;
– The promotion & protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms;
– Any other purpose beneficial to the public at large.

The Islamic Research Department of Eemaan Foundation is committed to producing authentic, research-based Islamic content grounded in the Qur’an and Sunnah as understood by the Salaf. It provides scholarly guidance, educational resources, and addresses contemporary issues through a sound Islamic lens.
